KJK Should Arrange PKL in Jatinegara

East Jakarta Sub-dept. of Cooperative, Micro Small Middle Enterprise and Trade (KUMKMP) asks self-management street vendor arrangement on Jalan Pasar Lama Balimester, Jatinegara, East Jakarta to be run by law-base side.
If the self-management arrangement do not create problem, then go ahead
Arfian, head of agency, said self-management street vendor arrangement should not create problem with other vendors.
He suggests the arrangement can be run by local urban village Koperasi Jasa Keuangan (KJK) or other cooperatives. Cooperative will handle problem occurs during the arrangement.

His side also appreciates all street vendors who have Bank DKI ATM card. But autodebet retribution can not run well since rearrangement and inter sector coordination must be held first.
The arrangement of autodebet involves urban village, sub-district, Pasar Jatinegara, and Economy Board.
Balimester street vendor coordinator, Junaedi, admitted arrangement plan from the KUMKMP agency is never realized. The plan has been proposed since 2005 ago. That is why 98 street vendors have initiative to apply self-management system after Eid ul Fitr.
“We are agree to arrange by ourselves. We have reported to urban village, sub-district, and agency,” he admitted.
